The V60 pour over results in a lighter bodied, delicate brew with high clarity of flavour. Adjust the coffee strength by controlling the rate of extraction through how fast or slow the water is poured through the V60.
1 - Insert filter paper into cone and place on top of cup.
2 - Pour hot water over filter paper to wet and then discard water in cup.
3 - PER CUP: Add 2 level tablespoons (12g) ground coffee into cone over filter paper.
4 - PER CUP: Slowly pour 200ml (1 cup) hot water over the coffee, saturating all the grounds.
5 - Remove cone with filter, stir & enjoy!

Constant water flow & small grind size = medium bodied coffee
Slow water flow & small grind size = full bodied coffee
Constant water flow & medium grind size = light bodied coffee
Slow water flow & medium grind size = light bodied coffee
